Payments and Orders
Making Payment
A 35% deposit is required to place an order. You can pay this with any card online (all cards include a surcharge) or in-store via EFTPOS, debit card or credit card (incurs a surcharge).
The remaining balance can be paid securely via our balance payment page, in showroom, or can be processed over the phone by the Plush Deliveries Team. Delivery cannot be booked until payment has been received in full. Payments cannot be made on delivery. All goods remain the property of Plush until full payment has been received by Plush.
Order Cancellation
At Plush, we work hard to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases for years to come. That is why our Sofa Specialists are trained to give expert advice to help you make the best decision possible. We understand that in some rare circumstances cancellation is difficult to avoid.
Orders can be cancelled within 2 days of placing the order, a $45 cancellation fee will be charged. If your order is cancelled after 2 days from the purchase date, you forfeit all deposit monies paid.
Changing or Amending an Order
If you find that the goods you have ordered need to be altered or changed, please contact your local showroom immediately. To ensure customer satisfaction, your order may be amended free of charge within 2 days from the date of purchase.
All Plush sofas are bespoke and in order to have your goods to you as fast as possible, production of the product starts at the earliest possible time.
